Food and personality

From experience the following cause personality changes:

  • Water
  • Fats
  • Spices
  • Carbs
  • Meat

Magnesium and mineral water, which often seems bitter, seems to cause increased anger-sharpness feeling. After putting Magnesium Sulfate in sodastream, I felt this. Calcium was a bit calming. San Pelligrino is really bitter. Perrier too, but is okayish. Remember Gerolsteiner being a bit better.

Is this the source of German personality?

Fiji water mellows me out and calms me.

PUFAs make me feel terrible and irritable, as does coffee. Consuming fried fats, even saturated ones such as these tallow chips I got from Costco recently, also makes me angry. Low-temperature melted tallow adding to food however makes me have sweet dreams.

Spices make me feel more straightforward and sharp because they combat intestinal parasites which make people feel bendy and homosexual.

Carbs also grow intestinal fungi/candida, making them less straightforward and more emotional in personality.

Meat gives me more aggression and will to power, but only good types. Feedlot beef makes me lethargic and weird.
